Hi Jean-Marc, as far as I know the first welcome evening will be held on Monday 14th of April at 8pm during the Islay Walkweek at the Lagavulin Distillery. From that Monday onwards the welcome evening will be held every week on Monday evening at eight. Once I have the locations I will add them to the Calendar! Wink

I hope this helps! Big Grin

Reading this i've just realised in 10 years of going to Islay we've never been to a Welcome Evening !
Something we've just never thought about attending......

I'm not going to say you should be ashamed of yourself but it can be a fun evening, although when I attended last years welcome evening there were only six people. The year before at Bunnahabhain the place was packed! Wink

You should really give it a try next time Gordon, there is always music, dance, information, a raffle and a free dram Mr. Green

How long will you stay on Islay? I'll arrive on the 3rd of May and stay for three weeks, and yes we're counting the days Wink
