Labels of Ballygrant - Coffee Shop & Clothing

A few years ago the shop and post office in Ballygrant, on the main road between Bridgend and Port Askaig, had to close its doors. Shortly thereafter Lynn Wilson from the Rhinns took over and started Labels of Ballygrant.

Labels is a Coffee Shop selling homemade scones, cakes, toasties, panini's, fresh rolls, pies, sweets and even ice cream. Takeaways are available as well. But this is not all, Labels are also selling clothing, jewellery, handbags, toiletries and homeware. It's a wee treasure trove and very much worth a visit.

Labels is open 7 days a week, Monday to Saturday from 9.00 till 4.30 and Sunday from 11.30 till 4.30. You can contact Lynn by Tel on 01496 840 595.

Labels of Ballygrant can also be hired out for meetings and social events!

The Maggie

Buy The Maggie from Amazon The Maggie is one of Ealing studios lesser known comedies. It is however a 'gem' in the true sense of the word. The film has everything, humour, tragedy, pathos, romance. A wily old skipper of a Western Isles 'Puffer' and his motley crew lead all who come into contact with them a fine old time!
