New Islay Panorama Pictures on Islayinfo

The Islay Panorama Page has seen quite a few updates. I have created nine new beautiful panorama pictures from our trips in May and Autumn 2007. Some of them are quite large and require some time to download. There is one huge panorama which is more than 3MB and is a view from the hill next to Foreland House overlooking Loch Gruinart, Colonsay, the isle of Mull and the Paps of Jura in one view! Below are some examples of the other new panorama's. Clicking on a picture will open a new window with panorama picture. Enjoy!

What wonderful photos. I loved the one of Islay from the Paps. As I will never be able to climb the Paps the photo has given me a view I could never have, so thank you. Hope we get snow on the tops at the end of February but also good weather and blue skies.
I have lots of phots of Islay but don`t know how to download from my folder to the blog. Can make scones but the computer causes me problems!!!!1

Hi Mags, thanks and I'm glad you like'd the panorama pictures. You never know exactly how they end up but I was happy myself as well.

If you like to publish some of your pictures I can create a special album for you in the media gallery like I did for Theo. Just send them by email to me and I will upload them to the blog! We can't be all computer freaks! All the best.

The Maggie

Buy The Maggie from Amazon The Maggie is one of Ealing studios lesser known comedies. It is however a 'gem' in the true sense of the word. The film has everything, humour, tragedy, pathos, romance. A wily old skipper of a Western Isles 'Puffer' and his motley crew lead all who come into contact with them a fine old time!
