Presenting the best jazz you can hear anywhere in Scotland in the most unusual, atmospheric and inspirational venues. The whole of the Hebridean island is the backdrop for the Festival which takes in distilleries, bird sanctuaries, stately homes, village halls, a gaelic college, and even Finlaggan the historic seat of the Lord Of The Isles. Subie Coleman sings Esther Phillips
Arresting singer with hard hitting emotional punch pays homage to the great soul star Esther Phillips, with a jazz/soul Quintet. 12.30, Ardbeg Distillery. Lunch menu available

Trio AAB
A seriously fun band exploring a whole range of influences - post Ornette bop, ECM jazz, Celtic folk, new beats. 4pm, Lagavulin Distillery
