Islay Festival Events Friday 29 May - Bunnahabhain

According to the weather forecast Bunnahabhain Distillery will get the weather that is usually meant for Bruichladdich Open Day. How about sunny spells, 19°C and a moderate wind. However, you can't always trust the weather forecast. A quick peek through the Bruichladdich webcam showed mist.... let's hope it will clear soon. And according to that same weather forecast it looks like the last days of the festival week will see some glorious days for the remainder of the events. Weather like this is especially nice for the Whisky and Wander guided walk at the RSPB Reserve at Loch Gruinart. Have fun everyone and enjoy another great day. Below an overview of today's events:

The Maggie

Buy The Maggie from Amazon The Maggie is one of Ealing studios lesser known comedies. It is however a 'gem' in the true sense of the word. The film has everything, humour, tragedy, pathos, romance. A wily old skipper of a Western Isles 'Puffer' and his motley crew lead all who come into contact with them a fine old time!
