Islay 360 Panoramas on 360Cities Net

Tonight no nature report from Jeremy, he is on the mainland for cycling related stuff. No worries though, I found something else interesting enough to post here. Two images, of Port Askaig and Bruichladdich Distillery, both 360 Degrees panoramas, and both embedded on this blog. The images originate from www.360cities.net where you can find many more of these beautiful panoramas including a 360 Panorama of the Bruichladdich Still House. The Islay Panoramas below are made by Noel Jenkins.

When you click on the play button the controls will appear on the left of the screen. I can recommend the 'Full Screen' option. During the full screen option thumbnails appear in the bottom of the screen which you can select to jump to another panorama image somewhere in the (nearby) area. Enjoy!

The Maggie

Buy The Maggie from Amazon The Maggie is one of Ealing studios lesser known comedies. It is however a 'gem' in the true sense of the word. The film has everything, humour, tragedy, pathos, romance. A wily old skipper of a Western Isles 'Puffer' and his motley crew lead all who come into contact with them a fine old time!
